This web-enabled, self-service interface to the FullScore database improves Counselors' efficiency with FullScore by allowing individuals to pre-enter their personal health information in a secure environment, produce their own Personal ScoreCards, and access relevant health information. WebScore is a great way to engage individuals on behalf of their own health! WebScore can also be interfaced with WellDirections (see below) for advanced activity/incentive tracking and communication.
